This transfer of ownership applies to final deliverables only and does not extend to preliminary concepts, draft versions, unused alternatives, source files (unless specifically included in the project scope), or our general design methodologies and approaches.

4.2 Client-Supplied Materials

You warrant that any materials supplied to us for use in projects (including text, images, logos, and other content) either belong to you or you have obtained appropriate permissions for their use. You agree to indemnify Urban Pulse Design Ltd. against any claims arising from the use of client-supplied materials.

4.3 Portfolio Usage

Unless you explicitly request otherwise, we reserve the right to include completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes. Portfolio usage will present work professionally and will not disclose confidential business information. If you require that a project remains confidential and excluded from our portfolio, please notify us in writing.
